I know Boost is safe - but I dont think its a meal replacement. It is packed with vitamins, though and very good

Atkins might they use dairy but I think it's an

isolate.. might want to ask them (off their website).

It does contain soy.

" Ultimate Meal " is made from organically grown food and does not have

any wheat or milk in it. You might look it up on the net to find out
