Depends on the city and the zoo. There are in many cities scooter rental

companies. If they have extras available even some of the regular

medical suppliers will rent one. Around Disneyworld there are dozens of

scooter rental companies plus some are available onsite. For those

places that don't have scooter rentals, even a wheelchair rental if you

have someone who can push, is better than not going at all.

My scooter was cheap if you don't count the new vehicle I had to get or

the lift...lol
