I had a bad winter. 3 cholangitis attacks and a bout of pneumonia that put me in the hospital as well. I think I spent more time at Kennestone than at home. And in the midst of all of it, we were trying to sell our house and move! We have built a home not far from our old place. It is wonderful although I still have soo many boxes to unpack. I get tired very easily now and can't do too much at one time. I met with the Transplant team at Piedmont last Thursday for a pre-screening appt. The next step is an eval where I will have to be hospitalized for a day and 1/2 while they check me from head to toe. My MELD is around an eight so they say it could be some time before I would get transplanted. Things have moved so quickly for me. It is pretty scary. We will have to meet up soon. Take care.
