Guest guest
Last fall, I had an IV placed in my wrist for a colonoscopy and she hit a nerve. Pain shot into my hand, then numbness followed in my thumb. It took two weeks for my thumb to recover, but it was fine after that. The nurse also thought she hit a nerve. I have an RSI that affects my wrists and thumbs, so this may have led to the problem. No idea about Ken's issue though. Martha (MA) The phlebotomist says she > got close to a nerve. Guest guest
Thanks for that info. It's been 7 days already and it has just been getting worse. Of course, I can't put my arm in a sling and milk the situation. I'm on the computer all day at my job, then, at home, I am always forgetting and lifting something until the pain shoots through me. Picture Mike, bald head and all, everytime I scream, he comes running thinking something serious is wrong.
