Just me checking in, you know, I have actually been sitting in the

living room for the last 2 hours reading magazines, People and

Redbook, and drinking coffee and enjoying the safe haven blessings

God has bestowed upon me this day. Now, is that profound or what?

The rain comes and goes, but when it does rain, it rains buckets. No

wind here though. I love the rain, and don't want to burst you'alls

bubbles, but when it rains, there is no sun and I can go out in it.

hee As long as there is no lightning, (or that's right, I'm the

lightning). woo-haa

Thank you all so much for your concern, I usually am on the board on

Saturdays, but today I am baking chicken breasts in my convection

oven for tonight. NO NASCAR TIL tomorrow, but just knowing that DALE

JR. IS out at Richmond raceway about 10 miles from me MELTS my

heart. He is a sweet boy! yah! omg, better get on with it. I wish

Busch and

Carl would give Dale jr. a break!!!!!! hahaha and stay out of

his way.

The storm I am concerned about is Ike. That could be bad for

Florida, and other parts of the states.

I hope you all have a nice restful day, I have been out on the porch

too with , but the cover over the porch is protects us. It is

not windy here at our place. No thunder or lightning.
