Hi ,

I use Yoga Zone's 4 dvd Beginner series. It's good for me as it's not too demanding aerobically but does a good job at the stretching and releasing the tension that builds up especially in my upper body. I don't know if or how much it may affect my breathing but I feel better overall when I do yoga even for just 15 or 20 minutes 4 or 5 days a week.

Does anyone know of any Yoga dvds they would recommend specifically for helping with PF?

This is a great site . I just did the deep breathing and the neck rolls. I am trying the others tomorrow-Thanks for sharing it. By the way, how are you doing? And how is your adorable grandson? R. (52) Sarcoid/PF 3/2006 Carlsbad, California
