Guest guest
Hi Ken, I have been on the Bosentan Study since July 13, 2008. The last two weeks I have experienced a marked increase in my exercising ability. My treadmill time has increased from 2.6--2.8 mph for 20-30 minutes depending on my o2 level not going below 90---now I have been able to increase the speed to 3.0--3.2 mph and go for 1 hour. The last three times I have been on the treadmill for an hour --I have been able to do 2.92---2.96--and 3.04 miles. Two years ago I could not even do 5 minutes at 3.0---I am totaly excited and hope what ever is working--- keeps working. My question is--have you experienced any improvement in your exercising ability since being on Bosentan? What have some of the side effects been? Thank you. G. UIP/IPF 5/07 AZ.
