I AM COUGHING UP BLOOD...................

I HAD MY PULMO CALL ME A FEW MIN. AGO AND I HAVE TO GO AND TAKE AN XRAY

AT HIS OFFICE, I am coughing up blood phlem, don't know why, but have

been not feeling good lately as you know. He is on vacation but his

nurse wants me to come in and see what's going on. This morning when I

was putting on my make up I coughed up blood about the size of a pea,

and then some more, I don't hurt anywhere.

Is this part of PF?????????????

Please answere asap.

ML, sweetie, don't panic. It could be a number of things. You just go to your Dr. and see. You'll be ok. I did that one time. I had been coughing really hard at the time.. Aloha,

I also did some coughing up of small amounts of blood a few times

before I had my transplant. The worst thing I coughed up back then

was Oreo cookies all down the front of me in my living room. Have

not eaten oreos since. I had coughed so much from Jan 07 to April

07 and threw up that I lost 30 lb. in that time period. By the time

I had my transplant in Aug. I had lost more and by the time I had

the lung collapse and the 2nd rejection Treatment I had lost a total

of 48 lb. but since I have been on Lyrica for several months now I

have put back on 30 lbs. which does not please me so I have started

to keep records in a diet journal of everykthing I eat and am going

to look up the calories and other stuff. I bought the journal at

and Noble.

Are you on a transplant list?
