When i first got it, it was a god-send. Cleared me almost completely. However, I found that if i used it daily, the benefits were no longer there. As I mentioned before, I feel that my skin became tolerant to it. Now, i just use it for flare ups.. a couple times a month at most and its beneficial for me when I use it like that. Guest guest
I apologize for posting so frequently, it is just that I feel like I am making progress and have become excited. I never liked to use Noritate because I felt that it was irritating me somehow. Metrogel/lotion once turned my face a purple color. I have read through the list highlights, but still do not understand the processes of compounding and how I would go about doing so and with what. Has anyone had success with Noritate, and is it generally recommended? Guest guest
, I had problems with Metrolotion too. My face was flaming red, almost purple. But the cream works well for me, at least for the acne-like pumps. I think partly, I needed more moisture which I get from the cream. I put it on slightly damp skin. >X-eGroups-Return: >sentto-1115099-11389-985627752-jmalin=binghamton.edu (AT) returns (DOT) onelist.com >X-Sender: kinney02@... >X-Apparently-To: rosacea-support >X-Originating-IP: [24.169.35.18] >To: rosacea-support >X-OriginalArrivalTime: 26 Mar 2001 17:29:06.0303 (UTC) >FILETIME=[423C58F0:01C0B61A] > >Mailing-List: list rosacea-support ; contact >rosacea-support-owner >Delivered-To: mailing list rosacea-support >List-Unsubscribe: rosacea-support-unsubscribe > >Date: Mon, 26 Mar 2001 12:29:06 -0500 >Subject: Re: Digest Number 621 > > > > >I apologize for posting so frequently, it is just that I feel like I am >making progress and have become excited. Guest guest
MetroLotion has mineral oil in it which may be a problem for some. Matija > , > I had problems with Metrolotion too. Guest guest
I found the metrolotion really pore-clogging (probably from the mineral oil Matija suggests below). My derm put me on the metrogel, and I haven't had a problem with this clogging me up and it seems pretty light. I haven't had any experience with the cream. -andrea Re: Digest Number 621 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >I apologize for posting so frequently, it is just that I feel like > I am > > >making progress and have become excited.
