Those are more like a baked custard with more body. I'm looking forward to trying these on my relatives from the Upper Peninsula where the Finns have a lot of cultural influence. Your recipe will be great with my favorite raspberry sauce. I found this type of food is really good for recovering after being sick with a fever or G.I. upsets.
