Solaray Bio E Gamma Plex - question about Selenium

In looking around town for a Gamma E, the closest I've been able to

find is a product from Solaray called " Bio E Gamma Plex "

What I'm not sure about is the selenium that it has. After several

months of following this group, I hadn't heard any mention of

selenium until a few posts this last week from which

indicated that a selenium defeciency is not uncommon. Any Googling

I've done has been inconclusive on the safety of selenium.

Are there any thoughts here on the safety of selenium for my 7 year

old, particularly the amount/type found in the above product?

Call me old fashioned, but I'm not real keen on buying vitamins

online. I guess if I had to, I would, but I prefer to find a local

(PDX) source. Thanks for any help.
