Guest guest
While Celebrex is known to cause liver inflammation in some of the people who take it, I have never seen a report of it causing PSC. I review drugs and adverse drug reactions for Health Canada, our version of the FDA. NSAISs and COX-2 inhibitors are some of the drugs that I review regularly. I don't think there is a connection between the two. I was on NSAIDs for years after being diagnosed with liver disease, for my arthritis, and except for nearly bleeding to death (twice), I don't think it affected my liver disease. Perhaps I was lucky.
