Guest guest Posted April 19, 2007 Report Share Posted April 19, 2007 The average time from diagnosis to transplant is 10 years - FOR THOSE WHO ARE DIAGNOSED AND GET TRANSPLANTED. As Marc points out, this is misleading, as it does not include those who never get transplanted, either because they never needed one or died - from PSC or something else. Marc makes an excellent point, (DenverD's words follows - still very applicable); " I have said here more than once, that we all need to live life like we might get hit by a bus tomorrow… have you hugged your loved ones today? or, are you waiting for their/your sickness to get worse? look out for that bus!!
