I have been taking it for 4 years now and have not had any problems like that. Do you take it by itself or with other meds?

I try to take it 1-2 hours after my other meds. It has never bother me

before but yesterday, after I took it (about 1 1/2 hours later), this

problem occured and is still bothering me.
