Im wondering if its sinus, the rest of us take sinus stuff and all have it. I used to think that this is good that she doesn't but I think this is the 2nd time she's been stuffy. Should I leave it or squirt saline up there, or give her meds. We have clarytne for Liam, Beconase for me and demazin for so we have a few to choose from. I think I read somewhere that Clarytne and Zyrtec contain no pseudoephedrine so that would be okay. Is this correct. Then after it cools to room temp take one cup of it and mix 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt. Get a syringe and squirt it up her nose. You need to do it quick, because one it doesn't feel good and two it will help force the snot out. Then have her blow her nose really good. A 10cc syringe works nice and of course only use it once. She may be a booger doing this, but I would be too. If this doesn't work after a few days, then I would definitely see her dr.
