Guest guest
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs (no salt) 1 oz. mozzarella cheese 32 oz water Lunch: 2 cups mixed salad (red leaf/green leaf/spinach) 2 oz cheddar cheese 3/4 cup of taco meat (only used one packet for 2 lbs, so only 1/2 the carbs) This is also an overestimation since I didn't measure it. 2 TBSP sour cream 1/2 TBSP taco sauce 32 oz water Dinner: 1 chicken hot dog (found a less than one gram carb one) 1 tsp low carb catsup 1 tsp mustard 1 oz Montery Jack cheese 1 celery stalk 1 oz. cream cheese 16 oz water evening snack: small serving of pork rinds with 1 TBSP butter, one packet of Splenda, 1/4 tsp cinnamon 8 oz water Supplements: 50 mg CoQ10, 2 multi-vits, 2000 mg fish oil, 1000 l- glutamine (but not on an empty stomach...will have to do that tomorrow), 3000 mg Vit C, 400 mg Chromium, 8 billion acidopholus/bifudus capsule *note: I used to take l-carnatine too, but after hearing Candace's experience I decided to stop it for a while to see if that helps I entered all this info into fitday and came up with roughly 1500 calories. 70% fat, 27% protein, 3% carbs (total of 15 grams carbs, 4 fiber) According to a basal metabolic rate calculator I found, my BMR is 1350 or so. My active metabolic rate is roughly 1650. Which means that I am only taking in 150 calories less than my active rate. At this rate it will take me a month to lose a pound...ugh! I don't know if it's worth it. I know I could stay lower calorie doing a balanced diet (but staying away from the junk and refined foods). I am anxious to see what my measurements are tomorrow...that will probably determine if I stick to this WOE. Britt
