Rita,I wonder if it would help if there was a place on our site where we could post anonymous lab results.Perhaps pre and post Urso.I know when Bill was diagnosed and his ALK was 830, ALT 135 and AST 107 we immediately wanted some sort of solace in others having comparative values.All we knew was that these were way above normal and your first reaction is to try to get some perspective on thisby comparing it with others.Right now Bill's values have shot up again after having the mono.His last values were ALK 477, ALT 136 and AST 136This is on the high dose Urso. Even on the high dose urso , Bill's values have never gone back to normal, but much closer.Since so many new members join us and want some kind of what is "normal" abnormal it might be worth figuring out how to post something.It is comforting to know that others with PSC have similar lab values even if it doesn't give us a clearer picture of the disease.LeePam, Thanks for the response. I believe I have asked this question aboutextremely high levels before. I just don't get any answers.
