Guest guest
Meghan I was told not to use any NSAIDs because they can damage the kidneys. Last month I was prescribed MOBID for pain. The transplant docs approved taking half the dose for a week and then check my creatin level. Sure enough it had gone up so there was a bottle of pills to toss away. I would be very careful about giving any aspirin or ibuprofen meds to your son. At the very least do a set of blood test before taking, and after a week to monitor any possible damage.
