,

I,too, have had that incredible flaking skin. This winter has been

especially hard and photoderm has also made that worse, temporarily

I'm sure.

What does help me is washing the dry skin with diluted baby shampoo.

When i recommended this a while ago, many people let me know that it

helped them a lot. It must be diluted. When my eye doctor told me to

use it on the eyelids, I thought, why not try it on the face because

the symptoms are the same. Try it a few times and I hope it helps.

Don't use it too often. I found, at least, that it was best for me to

use it a few times a week and that's all I needed.

Also, as to the discussion about diet changes, I have not eaten any

sugar for about 10 days and the flaking is so much better. I read in

a natural health book that sugar makes seb derm a lot worse and it

helped my face within a few days. It has inspired me to continue!! I

see cookies and things and all i see is trouble. I don't even want it.

I wish you luck.

Ann
