Guest guest
Hi all, Since my son went to New York and was hospitalized, we have found out what it is like to use a Dr. who does not participate with our health plan, BC/BS PPO. Does anyone have a PSC expert they recommend at NY Presbyterian? Then I could check to see if they accept BC/BS Thanks all, Lee
Guest guest
Lee, If you go to: http://app1.nyp.org/fad/searchDoctor.htm You can enter “hepatology” and a list of doctor’s names will come up, along with – where they studied, their special interests, and what insurance companies they take. I'm very happy with him and I would assume he takes BC/BS PPO(can't be positive). I have Anthem BC/BS. The only phone number I have is the appt. person. anyway, here is the number: . Good Luck!
