This is a great story. Just recently in a documentary here they showed a

fellow getting a liver....he didn't answer his phone. In the end his

daughter (who was visiting from elsewhere) heard it from her room, and woke

him up. They got back to the clinic in time and he had the transplant!

I wonder how often this happens, and what can be done to avoid " missing the

call "
