Going on a business trip (Las Vegas/Phoenix)

We will be in Las Vegas and then Phoenix. I'll have a car, and those

I'm travelling with will eat anything, so nothing to worry about types

of food.

I'm not much of a chain restaurant person (I mean, I could eat those

at home!), so if anyone has some local places that would be much

preferable. We'll have free days at each local, as well as some times

where we will have to take clients out. I don't mind driving a bit if

the food is worth it. Price isn't a concern - it's on the company!!!

Any ideas, my friends?
