, Phil,

One thing I noticed about 3 months after being dx with the PSC back in 95...I was always tired. I would come home after work just completely exhausted and would take a one hour nap. Of course we are hearing now that naps during the middle of the day are good for you.

Once I found the support group and starting reading all the symptoms that others had...I knew I wasn't alone. Fast forward a couple of years and we had Norm Hoffman join the group. Norm was from Calif. and a world-class cyclist and track legend. He had PSC and wasn't about to let it get the best of him. http://www.ronjones.org/ShareTheRoad/NormHoffman/index.html

He gave us a lot of information that he had gathered over the years about supplements and staying healthy with PSC. I wasn't sure if he had UC or not. One supplement that he suggested and it really helped me with my fatigue was Super 'B' Complex. I starting doing more research on my own and found other supplements that were good for my Ulcerative Colitis as well. If you have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome...here is a good web site to start reading about a holistic approach. http://holisticonline.com/Remedies/cfs/cfs_nutrition.htm

The best advise that I can give you is to do as much research as possible and ask as many questions as you want. There are a lot of people in the group that have all these major symptoms and more and are willing to share. Here is a web site on the explanation of PSC. http://www.gicare.com/pated/ecdlv35.htm

Good luck with the fatigue.
