They do break so its good he's getting you more than one so you have

reserve. It's one more item that is cheap and available and oxygen

companies should, but don't, make you aware of.

Here in NH, I have Apria (LifePlus) for my oxygen supplier and I have

nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Right from the very

beginning, when they came to set me up, they have provided me with

the 50' extension tubes, the swivels, and plenty of canulas - both

for my compressor and for use with my Helios Marathon (two different

types of canulas). They have always been very responsive when called

and very helpful with providing for my oxygen needs for any of my

travels. They even provided me with a 10 liter liguid oxygen tank

that I can take with me for shorter overnight trips - one or two

nights, since many providers don't do liquid oxygen for shorter trips.

I am now starting the planning for a week long trip to DisneyWorld in

December...yipeeeeeeeee

As a nationwide company, while many branches of Apria provide poor

service, there are some as yours appears to be that are excellent. It's

like branches of any business. There is one regioinal chain steakhouse

that has restaurants 5 minutes north of me and 5 minutes south. The one

north we've given up on as they will never get the orders right or the

food cooked right. The one south has impeccable service and the food is

always right. As Apria has acquired a lot of companies, sometimes the

service is a reflection upon the good or bad of the previous owners.

Be sure to take a copy of your prescription with you on your trip. Do so

even if Apria says they are taking care of everything. Locate the

address and number of the Apria office nearest Disneyworld in advance.

Be aware that another office for which you're not a regular customer may

or may not provide the level of service you're use to.

The Liberator 10 (thats the 10 liter reservoir) that you have. Are they

allowing you to keep that all the time or just giving it to your for

trips? Do you use liquid at home for your stationary? What size tank do

you have at home, if you know? Right now I have a 75 liter at home and a

20 liter in my van. I go back and forth over whether I'd prefer a 10 or

20. I like the size and convenience of the 10 but the duration of the

20.
