Guest guest
Pink My supplier is local. However, I did talk to the office of Lincare which would serve me some time back and, if I were going to a national provider, they would be my choice. Much of the time locals may be more oriented to personal service but nationals can just provide things they can't. I made an appointment and went to meet with the Lincare manager directly. Now, this was during the medicare bidding turmoil (since reversed by congress). In this area they have a good but not great reputation. On the other hand, in this area, Apria has a horrible reputation. In dealing with oxygen providers I have simply explained my situation, my current and likely future needs, and asked what can you do to accomodate those needs. Some will be very rigid but others will be more flexible than you would expect. However, the persons you get first on the phone are not those who can make the decisions to go beyond their norm. > > Bruce, who is your o2 supplier? > is it local or national? > > Pink Joyce IPF 3/06 Pennsylvania >
