Guest guest
Earl and I took (first time in the car) for a long ride this morning, tons of tanks too in back seat, the air was delightful and cool, I even had on my Dale Earnhardt Jr. jacket on, we drove out to west Broad street (not where the broads are either, haha) but where a ton of new shopping plazas are going up so fast it is hard to believe, and you would just cringe at all the stupid office bldgs and apts. going up to make (what used to be pretty) look like downtown (big city). We got out of the car and took into Petco and walked around for a while pushing her in the cart, (such a sweetie) she loved looking at all the new toys) me too, we bought her a new red collar with little gray paws on it for the holidays, then we drove over to Booger-King and to to drive up, we all had a hamburger and diet coke, again so sweet and patient for sharing, hee, then we drove over to the other new Petsmart and took inside there in the cart, we bought her a chew toy (which she didn't need), she was so new to all of this, she is out like a light under my feet enjoying the peace and quiet of her nice warm blankets set on 2 pillows. Not spoiled or anything like that, just a lot of love give to her as I would my own children. It was just heaven to get out in the fresh cool air and actually wear a light jacket, it was like the OLD days when I could get out, Earl even asked me if I wanted to drive, I said not today. Yesterday we had our flu shots. Goody. By the way, I can never get another pneumonia shot my doctor said because I am 74 and would never need another one. You can only get them every 5 years, (what??? don't they think I will make 5 years from now. That bothered me). Well, I guess Obama is taking up space on Fox tonight so we have to wait til 8:37 to watch the last 2 innings of the ball game. You know it would be nice to see the Jays win, but they sure have a long way to go. I LOVE YOU THIS DAY MARY LOU - RICHMONDA VA\ IPF -
Guest guest
by the way, I meant " RAYS " , NOT Jays. Sorry for that. One other thing, last year when I got my flu shot, Earl and I both had a pneumonia shot at that time.
