Just to put things in perspective though, my CA19-9 was elevated from back in 2003 until I got my transplant... it went as high as 165, but I didn't have cancer. At the same time, my doctors were monitoring me more closely for cancer due to the elevated CA19-9. So (as Marie said) make sure that the doctors are monitoring closely for cancer, but don't panic!
