Guest guest
I got my enterolab results, no celiac genes, but 2 gluten intolerance genes (and the difference is??), the value for my gluten sensitivity was a 20, and should be less than 10...i also have a milk & soy allergy, and mildly allergic to yeast & eggs. on TOP of my birch allergy which is no carrots, potatoes, apples, pitted fruits, hazlenuts, kiwi...GRRR, i'm down to almost nothing to eat! I avoid food colorings (it gives me panic attacks)& MSG too, and have tried to cut down on my refined sugars intake. My sister said she'll have a lettuce leaf & a glass of water waiting for me when we have our next dinner My question if you've read this far is what is the tissue transglutamase thingy? is it something we aquire in food, or something our bodies make that we can't avoid? just curious i guess, just another thing to add to my ever-growing list of things to ry to avoid *sigh* and thank you for whoever posted the " i can't stop " thread, I'm glad to know i'm not the only one making myself sick & " justifying " or coming up with excuses to keep eating stuff i shouldn't! (not that i'ts a good thing for any of us) thank you all for being there for some lonly girl in northern minnesota!
