You are right, that pound will come off! I had an intersting

experience tonight. Someone I worked with back in my home state,can't

remember him there, saw me and said " are you losing weight? You're

looking good! " I said yes I've lost almost 50 pounds! Then he asks me

are you trying to get back to your weight when I first saw you? That

would be great. I'm in shock, didn't even think he knew me back when

I was " thin " .

It was a nice compliment and I'll take all of them I can get!
