Zena,

When I had a med that I had to take mid day I used to set the alarm on my cell phone to go off to remind me. I did that for a couple of weeks until it became a habit and then I was ok.

If you don't use a cell phone a regular alarm clock can work if you're usually at home or perhaps one of those little travel alarm clocks that you could throw in your bag if you're not usually at home.

Ok, I need some help with this one. I've recently been put on sildenifil (viagra) for the PH, this is the first time that apart from things like antibiotics I need to remember to take meds in the middle of the day.

I have no problems with remembering to take it morning and evening as I am already used to taking meds then.

But I'm constantly forgetting the middle of the day one.

Anyone got any tips or hints on how to remember to do this?

Thanks

Love Ze xx

Do you wear a watch? Carry a cell phone? I'd recommend using one or the

other, something you'll have with you, and setting the alarms on it to

remind you. On most cell phones you can set alarms to go off the same

time everyday. If not either of those, then they do make very small

little alarms you can carry.

I haven't noticed any flushing yet, and if I do start to get it I wouldn't know if it was because of the sildenifil or other reasons > >> > > > Ok, I need some help with this one. Z, I set my AM meds on the counter so when I get coffee I remember to take that and know it has been done for the AM. If I need middle of the day one it to gets put on the counter or beside my chair where i spend entirely toooo much time. A watch that has the little annoying beep beep would also help..How does Lili like her new home? I have forgotten, did you move a great distance ?Rest as much as you can sweetie. I do know you have been under a lot lately. You have your partner and daughter remember to scold you anytime you

don't carry it and not just for this reason. If you're anywhere anytime

and anything happens that you need help, your cell phone is invaluable.

I would consider cell phones for any of us to be a medical necessity.

Hi Peggy, Lili is quite happy here, she's still at her old school for now, which is a little hard on me as I have to get up, dressed and all of us out the door earlier than I used to sling her and Rob out without me having to get dressed in the first place. We only moved about 5 miles or so, so not that far.

I am still very tired though, we just don't have enough space at the mo. We'll be getting a shed soon, and that will make a big difference, but until then we're still climbing over boxes and wondering where on earth we've put things. We've been round my dads and nicked a lovely gate-leg table, but I've had to lose my farmhouse pine table. I think we're getting there slowly, but it seems like as soon as we sort something out and make a space we're filling it up again.

Oh well, we'll get there.

Zena,

It never ceases to amaze me how much space all our stuff takes up. I've had to get rid of so much since my parents and I decided to house share. Now I cram my belongings into two small rooms it's made me want to toss even more stuff. I can't stand the clutter.

I'm glad you're gradually getting settled and happy to hear Lili is doing well. I'm on my way over to my sister's shortly. It's my niece 's 6th birthday today!
