Truly Ruly..... that's wot they're called ...the fenced section where the Race Horses are paraded & the jockeys MOUNT before the Race! Best place to figure out which horses are going to race well! Then you've only got to have a willing 'Runner' to go & place the Bet with the Bookie's..... As a kid I got to go to a Special Race Day every year, 'cos the 'Grafton Racin Carnival' always coincided with my Birthday...I loved the atmosphere , gardens, the Pavilion with all the special yummy food laid out on White Linen Tablecloths.....
