introduction - help with menu

Hi everyone - I just joined this group during my lunch break from

work. I just started theinduction this morning. I have around 20

pounds to lose within the next eight months. (I'mgetting married June

29th). Please let me know how this sounds: Breakfast, two fried

eggs and 2 slices of bacon; lunch: salad with lettuce, cucumber,

cherry tomato, cheddar cheese, grilled chicken and blue cheese

dressing. Dinner is going to be the hardest - what do you do

for a side dish??? Right now I have a chicken cooking in the crockpot

but I have no ideawhat else to have. I'm also used to drinking a cup

of tea in the morning and 2 diet cokes thoughout the day so right now

my head is aching! Hopefully that will stop soon. I hope to

learn a lot from you! Judy
