SHE DOES A " TURDUCKEN " , TURKEY, DUCK AND CHICKEN, THE BUTCHER DEBONES THE TURKEY, FLATTENS it out, then does the same to the duck, duck goes on top of the turkey, then the chicken goes on top of the duck. there is a layer of stuffing between each bird, then she folds it all up and ties it up so it looks like just a turkey. it is fantastic. I saw the program again yesterday. TUR-DUC-KIN.
