How much a doc's experience is good enough?

I just called the Hanger office at Pleasanton, and was told that the

doc (my daughter is going to see her next Tuesday) has ~10 year

experience. She did ~10 cases every year for cranial helmet. I'd like

to hear your advice... Thanks much!!
