So CUTE!!!!!

When Luli got her Hanger Band it took us a good 2 weeks before we were comfy with the fit. We were in there multiple times thru those first weeks to get the right fit. They had to trim the eyebrow area, the ears, the hole at the top and the back. Plus shaving off the inside.

Also, watch for the redness. We saw alot on the areas where her forehead had bossing and the sideburn area.

As far as decorating - we used stickers. Look for vellum or clear backed - they seem to work best. We didn't seal w/ modge podge - though others have. I just bought a bunch of stickers and I reapply as they start to peel or fade.

HTH!!

Here are some pictures I took of Sammy with his new helmet on. My husband doesn't like that it slides down and pushes his skin down to his eyes. I told him it will work out and we will just have to adjust it.

Thanks for the ideas. We are going to paint it into a Minnesota Vikings helmet. That is my husband and I decided would be the cutest and it is the season starting so good timing. I have it on him right now and it seems to look like it is fitting well. My husband is having more of an issue then me but I have seen alot of babies on the group with them and know alot more about it. I am educating him more and more. He did get some redness at the place on the forehead and he shaved the inside some.
