Share your favorite sun-dried tomato recipes, please!

Dear all,

On Sunday, I went to Smart N' Final and came away with 1 1/2 lbs of

sun-dried tomatoes. I've never cooked with them since they're usually

too expensive, and now I have a huge supply. (I'm sure at least some

of you have experienced this before. At least, I hope I'm not the

only one!)

Can you share your favorite sun-dried tomato recipes with me?

I've googled and found some recipes for rice with sun-dried tomatoes,

and it seems like they will go well in pasta salad, but please more

ideas!
