have not found red wine to have any bad effects on me

What about on meds would that interfere with it I quess that is a question

for our doctors. I know my husband used to drink a lot of beer and smoke

all of that went when he started taking more meds for his health problems

but wine might be something I could take with my meds

Let me know how it goes! Right now I am totally frustrated that I can not get my

BS down in the morning no matter what I do the day before. Maybe a little wine

at nite will help :)

Lady Stormy

I will watch out real close for spikes and see what happens. I usually test

first thing in the morning and then 2 hours after each meal.

Thanks

Jane

Ask your pharmacist, as he would know what meds you are on and if they can be

taken with alcohol.

Also, how big a glass are we all talking about? juice glass, 8 oz water

glass, or snootful glass? And how about before dinner instead. Boy, how

I miss that before dinner glass. Always got me thru the frustrations of

cooking, which I hate! Elise

I try something new everytime I buy a bottle of red wine. Different types,

different brands, different years. LOL! I'm not loyal to any one kind.

Ever checked out Spec's? It would take me more than a lifetime to try them

all !! At 2 oz. per night, even a small bottle lasts a while. I do,

however, prefer Pinot Noir, or a combination wine including Pinot Noir.

Here's a short lesson on the art of wine tasting:
