Hello All,

My name is Lori and I am just starting out on this diet.  My current weight

is  200lbs, and I am hoping to get down to around 140.  I have tried many

diet plans without success and I am hoping this will work for me.  Two

friends of mine are on the Atkins diet and one lost 65lbs, and the other 30.

Exercise is my biggest problem,  I work 30 hours a week, and do clincials at

the local hospital (RN Student) 3 days a week (9hrs a day), go to classes at

night at the college, and I'm a single mom with two kids.  I have tried to

do video tapes excercises in my spare time, but usually give up due to lack

of time, tiredness, etc...  Anyone have any suggestions on excercising?
