Hi

I was worried about my daughter getting her helmet also because she never would

keep a

hat on. I think the sensation of the helmet is different from a hat, because

she has

adjusted to the helmet pretty quickly. She does touch the helmet sometimes as

if its

bothering her, but she has not been very fussy. Today I think she's a little

fussy because

she had some shots at the pediatrician yesterday.

I think also that adjustment came fast because we basically just took the whole

weekend

off from doing anything else and played with her. This way she was distracted

from the

different sensation of wearing the helmet.

you might be surprised at how fast babies get used to their

helmets. My daughter also pulled on hats, but never was bothered by

the band. Let us know how it goes

Hi Tara,

Welcome to the group.

A lot of babies hate hats. All of my kids did, even my plagio baby.

She didn't mind her band though. Most parents are surprised at how

well and fast their baby adjusts. Hopefully you'll be one of those

parents. Let us know how you make out on Monday!

Hopefully he won't hate it. Even if he does he won't be able to get

it off. Our son didn't bother with his helmets at all. Let us know

how it goes.
