real bad sore area...advice?

I was feeding her squash just a bit ago and noticed a red area on

her right sideburn area. I took the helmet off and saw the whole area

is very red and it was very wet. I felt the helmet and that area was

very wet and almost sticky/gooey. I called her ortho and was told to

bring her in first thing in the am. I just cleaned the helmet real good

and gave her a bath and everytime I wipe the red area, it gets wet

again. Anyone know what could be going on? Here are the pics that I
