Jeanine..........have you ever heard of Oxge-cise.........I hope I spelled it

right.........I loved it and did it before I lift weights with my

daughter..........it only takes 15 minutes and gives you a full body

stretch..........FABULOUS.........I I bought it online........don't laugh at the

funny people in the video...........or you could probably get it on DVD

now.............but the lady who does it is like in her 60's.........oh

man......... she is fit..........but check it out, it might be just what you

want.........mine is packed right now because I am between homes..........sold

our old house and the new one is not finished yet.......or I would pull it out

and make sure it is right..........a Jo from Idaho

haha I too always wanted to do yoga... I need to lose more weight before I can

really get into it... when I do, I can tell I will like it.

no i haven't but thanks for the tip! even though the woman is sixty i'll pretned

she's like 20 and i can keep up with her lol. thanks again.
