Guest guest Posted October 16, 2006 Report Share Posted October 16, 2006 I tried yoga the other day thinking it was something i always wanted to try and i always used to be very flexable even when i didn't keep up with it.....well it's been a long while now! lol i think i pulled something and i wasn't even doing the strenuous moves! i know it's been a while, but... i'm getting old!!! :-< i wonder if botox makes shots for bodies now. lol maybe for now i'll just stick to the old fashion warming up and work my way up from there. for now i'm going to ride the kaboos for a day...och!...maybe two. i'll be back though i promise! > > Anybody want to ride the protein train this week?
