If your numbers are lower than 250, walking usually helps to bring them

down, but you need to discuss this with your doctor.

Have you been to a diabetes class or talked to a nutritionist? If not, you

need to ask your doctor to schedule for you. They will help you set up a

food plan, though you might have to make changes in it yourself.

Thank You for the response, I have been to the class and it was a waste of

time. I made calls to get further information and they never returned my calls.

I know that when I was very consistent with the exercise there were changes in

the numbers, it's getting my butt into action that I am having trouble with!
