Guest guest
In the past, my sister in law would always introduce me to her friends as " my mother in law's daughter " , which is technically correct, but a long way of saying SIL. We have been walking some together lately, and today on our walk, we stopped by the house of one of her friends who just had a baby. She introduced me as her sister in law. I was in shock. It only took me 11 years to get to this point, but we will see how long this lasts. I think she might be a queen type bpd, and I can handle that type of personality a lot better than I can handle the others. I am one of those people who don't mind being in the background, so I am content to let her be the center of attention. But, I had a breakthrough with one of my dysfunctional family members, and I feel that is an accomplishment. Janet Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones. Guest guest
Yay! I'm happy for you. I bet her friends, in the past, would wonder " Umm...why doesn't she just say Janet's her sister in law?? Guest guest
ha ha ha, kind of like saying this is my sister's cousin. That is really weird, I bet whoever you were introduced to thought she was nuts. > ** > > > Yay!
