Guest guest
Hi You have found the most wonderful group here. My son was banded from 11/05 until 3/06. Now he has a perfectly round head. We were told early on to do tummy time and repo. I would like to think I was diligent but we ended up with the DOC band when Nolan was 10 months. We were lucky in that we had a near perfect experience with the band and the staff at CT in Paramus (Juli rocks!) In my own opinion, I would try the repo and tummy time, invest in some memory foam and see how it goes. There is no rule that says you have to band him early. I actually have a friend and her son was banded at 7 months and his band isn't even going to last more than 3 months because he is growing so quickly. Anyhow, the group offers a lot of support and advice so keeping reading posts and hang in there! Guest guest
Thanks Meagan, , and Jess for the welcome and opinions. We will try repo as we try to come to a decision on how soon to pursue the head band. I just don't want to wait too long as I see many people regretting waiting. Meagan, if we would choose DOC band, we would have to travel to Paramus from southern NJ. How frequently did you visit? Thanks, in NJmommy_of_nolan <mommy_of_nolan@...> wrote: Hi You have found the most wonderful group here. My son was banded from 11/05 until 3/06. Now he has a perfectly round head.
