So let's go, let's go. I do feel better. Are you hopping on yours tonight? I sure hope so. a Here I come OK everyone, watch out. We just put my new stationary bicycle together. I am now going to be a bike riding maniac. Just watch the pounds drop off. When we get the weight training aparatus together, I will have the complete home gym (AND NO EXCUSES). Phil , a work out specialist, from here, just wrote a book on how the right exercise will get the GH pumping again for us oldies. I have told DH that he is going to be my personal trainer (cross your fingers). If I can get the muscle burning the fat, then I know I can get this weight off. I had fish deep fried with Keto Bread Crumbs in olive oil for supper. Also had squash and zucchini coated and fried. It was yummy. Come on a......time for an exercise challenge. I thought I was doing good getting DH to help with the bicycle for today. We will work on it this week.
