WOW, I just found out that the BPD neighbor I have the restraining order

against... he is harassing a MINOR via social media. He hacked into his FB

account and posted nasty stuff on the kids page. The cops are onto him and now

they are considering pressing charges against him. This MINOR is the child of

one of the many people that he has " flipped out on " one too many times that has

written him off. This man living next door to me is really starting to bother

me... a LOT. How can anyone be this stupid? As I ask this, I know the answer,

but when your mind would never go to such a place it is hard to wrap your head

around such behavior. C

ALSO, I am kinda freaked out by this. I am extremely concerned about what he

might do...He hasn't directly broken the restraining order. He has never

contacted me, but he takes it on himself to harass neighbors and mutual friends

that talk to me. Many of them do keep their distance from me because of not

wanting to " set him off' I wish I could force him to move away! UGH

Annie, from your lips to God's ears as the saying goes. I am so frustrated right

now, because he is getting all this slack due to the death of his partner but he

is really starting to alarm my other neighbor. He is sending her harassing texts

almost daily if she doesn't respond to his texts immediatly. This poor girl

already has so much on her plate. Two small children, a teenaged stepchild and a

philandering husband and that is far from all she has to deal with, but if she

doesn't respond to those texts pronto, he loses his mind. Typical BPD, they ARE

the center of the known universe and we are all just here to serve their

emotional needs.

He sounds even more disturbed than just BPD -- like some classic

psychopathology thrown in there. I would recommend that you and any

harrassed/concerned neighbors get together with the local police *AND* the

local prosecutor and really see if he can be (involuntarily) put into

custody for a psychiatric evaluation. People like this, when unchecked,

have been known to escalate to violence with fatal consequences. You

neighbors need to protect yourselves and your families and this guy needs

help as well.
