I eat as much as I want of 0 carb stuff and watch a little more carefully things with carbs, such as the cooked veggies. If I get hungry between meals I have been grabbing a piece of mozzarella or about a tsp of cream cheese. Not as hungry as I used to be between meals. Ellie Ellie llie, another question!
