Be careful, I bought the wrong ones the first time. THey are in the pharmacy section of Walmarts. I also have seen them in CVS Drugstore around here. They are excellent tasting. I only drink chocolate shakes, they have four bars, the Cookies and Cream is to die for, lemon cheesecake, apple something and blueberry something. They come in a box, not a big cannister if you are looking for them. a Re: SHAKES Hi ! Does EAS make powder shake mix? I have tried the " ready made " and I really like them. Sportsupplements ordering is down, so I went to Carbsmart and Drugstore.com and Netrition...for comparisons. I used to get the 100% a...good price and all, but when I tried Atkins I switched even though it was more expensive. But still I get only 11 servings with Atkins too, I am noticing I was just hoping to try a couple of others and maybe find one really delicious one...the banana cream is sooooo enticing. Keto also makes a fat burning one that contains ephedra...but I better stay away from stuff like that. I still haven't ordered my pedometer either...I am soooooo indecisive these days!!!!! How about the keto shakes vs. other shakes? I just made a chocolate peanut butter keto shake with the two scoops it called for for lunch. I added water, ice, a little cream and sf davinci choc. syrup. It is pretty good, but i find shakes a pain to make as I don't keep my blender out. so anyway, I am having it for lunch and it is pretty good. No soy taste, i wonder if it is made of soy?
