It was very tough for my son the first 3 nights too. We had the

Hanger band prior and their instructions suggest not wearing the band

the first 2/3 nights. He eventually (after about 5 nights) he got

used to his DOC band. Hang in there, your twins will get used to

their band.

Hang in there! The first night was a nightmare for us too - we gave up by 4 am after my daughter woke up screaming every 45 minutes. The next night was much better. It just takes some time for them to get used to it all. I'd say to do what you have to in terms of breaking them into it slowly. I don't know that you can hope for them to sleep as well as they used to but after 3 weeks my daughter only gets up once or twice a night - which considering she is sleeping with a helmet on isn't that bad! tcl1129 <tcl1129@...> wrote: It was very tough for my son the first 3 nights too.
